Classes are online where you can join in and be interactive or watch later if something comes up. Each week, you will also get email reminders of what we've learned and tips to keep you on track.
You'll get two individual virtual sessions with me during which we can discuss issues specific to your family. We'll work together to develop your goals, and I'll prepare a written personalized family plan to help you keep your goals and strategies organized and keep you on track.
You'll also have access to me throughout the entire two months via email or text if you have questions or if issues arise.
